Forest Row
Forest Row is often referred to as the gateway to Ashdown Forest. The village stands in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the northern edge of the Forest. Despite considerable growth during the past two decades, it has retained the close-knit atmosphere of a much smaller community.
Forest Row is in the top corner of East Sussex between East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough, and is served by a wide range of independent shops, with several schools nearby, Golf Clubs, water sports on Weirwood reservoir and the Forest Way much enjoyed by cyclists and walkers. There are several commuter rail services within a 15 mile radius, and road access to the M23 & M25 motorways, Gatwick Airport and the coast at Eastbourne & Brighton.
Our office here has been established since the mid 1980's and handles a wide range of properties ranging from humble village cottages to modern family homes and from country apartments to larger country houses. Whilst based in Forest Row we cover all of the villages in, and bordering Ashdown Forest. |
