East Grinstead
East Grinstead is the major town amongst our network of offices. The history dates back over many centuries and is witnessed by the many fine timbered historic buildings in the High Street and the parish church that stands proudly on highest ground in the area. The town has much to offer with a wide range of local stores as well as many national shops there are also supermarkets catering for all daily needs.
Needless to say there is a good selection of both state and private schools in the vicinity. Sporting and recreational facilities are catered for and the “Kings Centre” has an indoor swimming pool complex.
Commuters are served by East Grinstead Station being the terminus on the line whilst the M23 motorway can be access at Copthorne which is about 5 miles to the west and this in turn makes Gatwick an easy drive. Despite it’s size, at East Grinstead you are never very far from open countryside and from parts, Ashdown Forest can be seen in the distance.
